Written Document Translation Services
Translation requires not only English/Target language proficiency but also a high level of attention to detail and comprehension to topic-specific related terminology. VCI guarantees human translation, proofreading, and compliance with requested delivery turn-around time standards.
PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR TRANSLATION REQUEST:
- These are the steps to request this service:
- Complete and submit the service request form. The form is automatically emailed to the VCI staff once you click on the submit button
- The VCI staff will be in contact with you within 24 hours of receiving the request and contact you by email and request the document(s) that need translation.
- Once VCI has received the original documents (Word format only) to be translated, please allow 72 hours for short (500 words or less) simple documents to be completed. Long documents (over 500 words) with complex terminology will be assessed and a completion timeline will be provided.
