The online registration form should take approximately 20 minutes to complete when you have all the requested information ready.
Once the registration form has been submitted, VCI will contact the applicant to request proof of education and proceed to the next step in the registration process.
Attending the orientation is a requirement to register in the course.
If you did not attend an orientation, your registration will not be accepted.

Course registration deadline is Monday, August 27th by 5 p.m.
Please have the following information prepared before you start filling out this form:
- Personal information.
- Work history and skills background.
- Employment history. You should be prepared to include contact information for up to two employers/positions for the past five years.
- References. List three persons who have knowledge of your work performance within the last four years. (Professional references only.)
- Practicum availability. You will need to specify what times you are available to complete the course 20-hour practicums.
